Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. VibrantEdge Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training with seven (7) days prior written notification.
2. Participant must provide minimum of seven (7) working days advance written notification to VibrantEdge Digital Sdn Bhd for training rescheduling.
3. The participant is allowed to request for training date rescheduling twice [two times] only.
4. Any participant(s) request for rescheduling exceeding the number of time(s) as stipulated above shall be rejected immediately.
5. Participant(s) who failed to attend the training on the date(s) as registered and confirmed shall have their registration voided or nullified and payment shall be forfeited immediately.
6. Participant(s) training rescheduling is subject to VibrantEdge Digital Sdn Bhd acceptance and approval. VibrantEdge Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to reject such request at our sole discretion.
7. The full course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/postponement is received less than 7 business days prior to course commencement.
8. For No-Show, 100% of the training fees will be charged.
